2023 Performance Schedule
General Information
​
Phantom Fest 2024 is scheduled for Sunday, October 13th. Look for more info late Summer/early Fall 2024.
​
Phantom Fest takes place on Hensler Field at Mukwonago High School (605 W. Veteran's Way, Mukwonago WI).
​
​
Admission
Tickets will be sold at the gate at the following prices:
$10 General Admission
$8 MASD Employees, Students with ID, Military with ID, Seniors
​
All seating is first-come, first-serve.
​
Recordings​
Bands participating in public performances are required to comply with copyright laws in regards to performance and/or arrangement of copyrighted music, visual images, and other materials , as well as the use of copyrighted audio or spoken text, and the display of copyrighted words and images. Guests are reminded that the use of any audio or video recording device is prohibited in support of U.S. privacy & copyright laws. Fans with still cameras are welcome to take photos for personal use.
Parking​
Our driveways are labelled “Entrance One”, “Entrance Two” and “Entrance Three”. These go from East to West.
All spectators should use "Entrance Three" and park in the lot closest to the stadium.

Buses & equipment trucks will park in the East Lot - use "Entrance One". This lot (and the surrounding green space) will also serve as a warm-up area for hornlines, battery percussion, & colorguard.
Concessions​
Our concession stand will be open at the start of the show and will offer a variety of food options and beverages.

Awards​
Awards & Placements will be announced at the conclusion of the evening's performances. In addition to placements within each class, caption awards will also be announced,
