Angela Jacoby

Woodwind Specialist

Ms. Angela Jacoby is currently working as a long term substitute teaching general music (kindergarten-5th grade) in the Whitnall School District. This will be her first year working as a woodwind specialist with the Mukwonago Blue2 Winds, which she is extremely excited about, as chamber music is one of her biggest passions. Additionally, Ms. Jacoby works as the woodwind private lesson teacher for Brookfield Academy's after school and summer lesson program, teaching flute, clarinet, and saxophone lessons.

Ms. Jacoby earned her Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated Magna Cum Laude in May of 2022. While attending Whitewater, she performed with the University's Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensembles, Saxophone Ensemble and Quartets, Pep Band, and Marching Band. She was able to perform at places such as Carnegie Hall and Lambeau Field. The quartet that Ms. Jacoby was a part of during her collegiate career was chosen to perform for several university events and was coached by numerous professional saxophonists including Dr. Keneth Tse, the members of Ancia Saxophone Quartet, and the members of Capitol Saxophone Quartet, making her knowledge and performance experience of chamber music vast.

Her primary teachers were Dr. Nick Zoulek and Dr. Matthew Sintchak.
